As you are aware, All India Institute of Hygiene & Public Health (AIIH&PH), Kolkata is a pioneer Institute in the field of Public Health and the Department of Statistics, under AIIH&PH, has been mandated to organize Training Programs on Statistics and related fields for the medical researchers, doctors and MD students and data analysts. Accordingly, it is proposed to organize a one-day Workshop on “Public Health, Genetics and Statistics” on 21.08.2019 from 11:00 am.
Eligibility Criteria: Researcher in Medicine/ Doctor/ Post-graduate Medical Student/ Data Analyst
It may be mentioned here that Public Health Genetics is an exciting inter-disciplinary area that brings all the public health sciences to bear on the emerging challenge of interpreting the medical and public health significance of genetic variation within populations.
Interested persons of above eligibility criteria may apply for the same at the earliest.
There is no registration fee for the participants. No TA/DA will be paid to the participants from this Institute. Guest House/Hostel facility may be provided by the Institute on payment basis, if available.
