One post of Administrative Officer (Gr. B-Gazetted) will be filled up in All India Institute of Hygiene & Public Health, Kolkata by transfer from Central Government Offices on Deputation basis with following eligibility criteria : Section Officer with 5 years’ service in the grade, OR Assistants with 10 years’ service in the grade, from the Central Secretariat Service having experience of establishment and General administration work.
Note:-
The period of deputation – ordinarily for 2 years and extending up to 3 years (if required).
- Pay – Level 7 in the pay matrix as per CCS RP rules 2016. (Pay Band Rs. 9300-34800/-and Grade Pay Rs. 4600/- as per 6 CPC)
- Candidates will be required 5 years APAR, integrity certificate and 3 years vigilance Clearance, from respective department.
- The terms and conditions of deputation as stipulated in DoPT’s OM No. 6/8/2009-Estt.(pay II), dated 17/6/2010 are applicable.
- The age of applicant shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.

An advance copy may be sent to the Director. The envelop may be marked on to “Application for the post of Administrative Officer.”
