Transparency Officer of the Institute

As per approval of the Director, Prof. Dr. Shibani Dutta, HOD of HPE, of AIIH&PH, will act as Transparency Officer of this Institute with immediate effect to oversee proactive disclosure on the Institute’s website under Section 4 of the RTI Act in addition to her normal duties and without extra remuneration until further order.

Notification for a three days training on Mother’s Absolute Affection (MAA) for Doctors and Nursing Tutors from 03/12/19 to 05/12/19

Modular Training on MAA

(As per guidelines of MOH&FW, Govt. of India, New Delhi)

The All India Institute of Hygiene and Public Health, Kolkata is going to organize a three days training on Mother’s Absolute Affection (MAA) as per the latest guidelines of the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of India, New Delhi.  The venue of the programme is AIIH&PH Main Campus, at 110 C.R. Avenue, Kolkata 700073.

The  date of training is from 03/12/19 to 05/12/19.  All Doctor’s having at least MBBS degree and Nursing Tutors are eligible for the training. The preference will be given to the Gynaecologists, Paediatricians and Doctors of Community Medicines.  There is no fee for participating in the training programme.  All Interested candidates may apply in the given format and forward their application to madhumita57@yahoo.co.in.  The Co-ordinator of the programme is Dr. Madhumita Bhattacharyya, MCH, AIIH&PH, Kolkata.  In case of any query, he/she may  contact over mobile No  9830134419.  The last date for the receipt of the request is 22nd November, 2019.

Nomination for 5 days short course on “Data Processing and Data Analysis for Medical Research through Excel & SPSS”

As you are aware, All India Institute of Hygiene & Public Health (AIIH&PH), Kolkata is a pioneer Institute in the field of Public Health and the Department of Statistics, under AIIH&PH, has been mandated to organize Training Programs on Statistics and related fields for the medical researchers, doctors and MD students and data analysts. Accordingly, it is proposed to organize a Five-days Short Course on “Data Processing and Data Analysis for Medical Research through Excel & SPSS” during 25th to 29th  November, 2019.

Eligibility Criteria: Researcher in Medicine/ Doctor/ Post-graduate Medical Student/ Data Analyst

Interested persons of above eligibility criteria may apply for the same at the earliest.

There is no registration fee for the participants. No TA/DA will be paid to the participants from this Institute. Guest House/Hostel facility may be provided by the Institute on payment basis, if available.
