Widening the scope of the publication in the e-journal of the AIIH&PH

All India Institute of Hygiene & Public Health, Kolkata, the oldest school of Public Health in South East Asia region, has been publishing a peer reviewed E-Journal, Indian Journal of Hygiene & Public Health (IJH&PH). It is published twice a year with ISSN No 2455-1813. This journal publishes articles with special emphasis on original research studies that are relevant to public health.

The journal is widening its scope of publication for articles related to Physiology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Nutrition, Social Sciences, Psychology etc. with Public Health significance.

Participation of Prof S Datta in 5th International Conference on HIV/AIDS and STDs

Prof S  Datta   was  invited  as a  speaker  in  5th  International Conference on HIV/AIDS and  STDs   held  in  Las  Vegas, Nevada, USA  from  13th  to  15th  November  2017  where  she   delivered  two  lectures  on  “Association  of  the  socio-demographic  variables  with  TB, HIV  co infection  among  the  patients  attending  a  Tertiary  care  health   facility  in  Kolkata,  West  Bengal,  India’’  and   “ The  current  status  of   HIV / AIDS  in  India  and  the  activities  of   National  AIDS  Control  Programme”.
